Article IX: Fund Staff

An Administrative or Executive Director may be employed by the Fund when it is deemed necessary by the Executive Committee that one is needed. Other staff assistants may be added as the Fund’s operations increase. A description of all staff duties and responsibilities shall be outlined in the Fund Operations Manual. This corporation shall be known as the NHA Scholarship Fund.
